Its amazing how in 2000, Senator Mccain went to speak at "Dartmouth College"and he was reaally popular. In 2000 he connected with the students; they admired his striaght talk;thought he was funny and sarcastic. Now he went again in 2007 and it wasnt the same.
"When Mr. McCain returned to the Dartmouth campus in 2007, “there wasn’t the same physical presence and level of energy,” Ms. Fowler said. “And the straight talker was a lot more circumspect.”
It shows that Mr.McCain wasnt as popular as before due to the elections.
Andrew Natalo, a 21-year-old junior at Pennsylvania State University, in 2007 prepared a weekly meeting for Mr.McCain. He had a huge classroom able to fit 100 students. He invited both groups to have a debate; the democrats and republicans.
Only 19 members of Students for McCain arrived at the meeting at Penn State this month, and the Obama students skipped it entirely, leaving Mr. Natalo in a dejected mood. “I guess I may have picked a bigger room than necessary,” he said resignedly.
In a few colleges; Obama is highly popular than McCain due probably to the fact of age. In some colleges there is no support for McCain. In a few students yu see stickers and pins for McCain. But for Obama you see posters and support groups.

end of war!.everyone wants the war to end. Through out all the debates bringing the troops home is something i am dearly concerened. For example there are kids who are 18 being drafted to war in Iraq. Boys and girls like lets be serious; we have already 8 years fighting and all we are doing is wasting money. I agree with Obama in bringing the troops back home safetly. They owe enough by helping us out by having their lives at RISK! My questions are why hasnt the government brought them back home since the economy is going down hill?. Why is it worth it to go and fight when all we doing is killing two populations the amercians and iraqns.

The other day I asked my grandmother who she was going to vote for. She told me she was going to vote for Obama. She also told me to tell my mother to vote for Obama too. So I asked her why not vote for MCcain and she told me he looks like a theif. =]

Point of view from a teenager of the 21st. century. I have seen this world qo through breakdowns and it was awful. Our president George W. Bush put our country through a huge meltdown. Taxes and mostly everything was going up. On our running elections now, Senator Obama & Senator McCain are running. To me i think Obama would make a difference; yea hes black but hes an educated black man who knows what he is talking about. McCain on the other hand is looks like hes always nervous and like come onnnn!!! say something don't repeat the same thing over and over again. Once again during a debate a subject was brought up that sen.McCain choose the same type of topics such as president Bush and look where he has taken us. TO HELL!!! over exaggerating but its the truth. if i was eligible to vote my vote would go to Obama O8.
